THALETEC EmRep is a novel and inovative repair system for glass lined tanks. THALETEC has developed special glass lined components for the repair of glass equipment. Defects from 2 mm up to 300 mm can be permanently easy covered. For complex komplexe multidimentional damages THALETEC ofers a safe repair. n.

Small damages on components like turbines, shafts or baffles can be repaired with THALETEC LocaRep fast and inexpensive.

The THALETEC RepCapis a simple and fast way to safely and permanently repair small damages (up to 14 mm diameter) on glass lined components. The RepCap can also be used as fastener for extensive repairs with glass lined plates.

The THALETEC RepairPadsRW, RS and RN safely cover damages up to 300 mm diameter  Their form is different and are suitable to cover flat, concave or convex areas.

For the repair of geometrically complex places THALETEC offers special  customized and exact suitable glass lined plates – so  called „EmPads“. They are made using an innovative manufacturing process and thereafter glass lined.

The THALETEC RepSetis used to repair bigger damages on the bottom outlet connection. Standard inserts for bottom outlets sizes DN 100 and DN 150 are availabe.
