125 Years of THALETEC – Expertise in Glass-Lined Vessels
Our story begins at the Thale ironworks, dating back over 300 years (1686). In the 19th century, we produced glass-lined pots and pans – pioneers of industrial glass-lining in Europe. At the beginning of the 20th century, we started manufacturing large glass-lined vessels for the chemical industry.
Heat exchanger with conductive PTFE – Process reliability and efficiency redefined
THALETEC sets new standards: our glass-lined heat exchanger made of electrically conductive PTFE-deflectors combines maximum chemical resistance with safe dissipation of electrostatic charge and high temperature resistance up to 430 °F (220 °C). The result: reliable, long-lasting operation and optimized heat transfer – even under the most extreme conditions.
