Where Tradition Meets the Future
Anyone who visits the Hüttenmuseum Thale is stepping into more than just a museum. They’re entering a place where industrial history comes to life – and where the roots of THALETEC are still clearly visible today.
Our company emerged from the decades-long tradition of the Thale ironworks. What once began with heavy iron, skilled craftsmanship, and pioneering spirit, we continue today with state-of-the-art technology, precise engineering, and internationally recognized quality in the production of enamel-coated systems and components.
As much as we focus on innovation and progress, we know that none of it would be possible without a solid foundation. That’s why preserving places like the Hüttenmuseum is so important to us. It tells not only the story of a region, but also the story of the people, ideas, and developments from which THALETEC was born.
The museum stands as a symbol of craftsmanship, technical curiosity, and industrial resilience – values that continue to shape our work every single day.
We are proud to help keep this important site alive. Not out of obligation – but because we believe in its value. Without the history that is preserved here, THALETEC as we know it today wouldn’t exist.
Today, we operate globally – but our roots remain firmly anchored in Thale. And with every new development, every innovative product, we carry a piece of that tradition into the future.
