There are models available for all THALETEC turbines, that can be assembled as one or multi stage mixing systems. Models of all most common used baffels complete the test stand.
If necessary turbine models can be made very fest with a 3D printer and ABS plastic. You receive test reports and video recordings of all results when the tests that you requested are finished. The THALETEC DCT-Turbine is a multi talent in the agitation technology. Depending on the installation position the DCT turbine works as a »Difusor«, »Concentrator« or as a combination of both effects. With the same elements different mixing effects can be produced in the glass lined reactor.
The THALETEC AMT Turbine is a radical acting agitator, that has been designed for special for abrasive mixing processes. A significant longer life time of your equipment is assured with the special design of the stirrer in connection with other measures. The glass lined cross arm stirrer CAT from THALETEC with four cross arms (CAT: Cross Arm Turbine) are slow motion agitators, that can be used used for the homogenization of low to middle viskosity media (up to Pas).
On the agitator shaft with four touch points (other numbers on demand) the cross beams agitators are assembled with a diameter of about 50 to 60% of the tank diameter, and 90 degrees from each other.
Der THALETEC-Disk stirrers GDT (Gas Dispersion Turbine) is an agitator with six to eight disk stirrers. There is a disk on the middle level of the agitator that is chemicallym mechanically and thermically highly resistant stable PTFE compound. The agitator is designed to be installed in the tank designs AE, BE and CE acc. to DIN 28136, where the manway is the biggest tank opening.
The THALETEC Gasing turbine SGT Smith Gasing Turbine) is the implementation of a proven design of Smith executed with glass linings. The SGT has eight concave impelers. There is a washer in the middle of the agitator that is made of a chemically hyghly resistand thermically and mecanically stable PTFE compound. The mixer is designed so that they can be installed in the tanks types AE, BE and CE acc. to DIN 28136.
